Sale Deeds

The purchase or sale of property is not legally complete until a sale deed is signed between the buyer and the seller. Usually a sale deed is signed only after both the parties are satisfied and comply with the terms and conditions as said in the sale agreement. Verifying the sale deeds since 1950s to till date for the valid transfer of title is very essential and fundamental. Others deeds such as Partition deed, Release deed, Gift deed, mortgage deed etc must also be verified for the lawful transfer of the property from one person to another.
